Message from the PAC
Hello Sidney Elementary Beehive!
My name is Thao Godwin, and I am proud to be a part of this year's Sidney Elementary Parent Advisory Council (PAC). I also feel very lucky to live and raise my family here in this beautiful community of Sidney, within the traditional territory of the W̱SÁNEĆ people.
The goal of our PAC is to enrich each student’s experience at Sidney Elementary and build relationships with the Sidney community. We do this by hosting events, fundraising and working with the school staff to provide feedback about programs, activities and goals. Along the way we build friendships and have a whole lot of fun with a great inclusive group of adults to mingle with!
Did you know that every Parent/Guardian is a part of the Sidney Elementary PAC?! That’s right! Anyone that has a student attending Sidney Elementary is a part of the PAC, and your opinion matters! Everyone is welcome to attend PAC meetings or events. Volunteers are always appreciated - every hand helps. We would love if you joined us!
