This year, we will offer Fun Lunch once per month from various local vendors. Orders can be placed on MunchaLunch once it is open - look out for our e-mails! For MunchaLunch instructions, see below.

Note: There is no scheduled Fun Lunch in March 2025 due to Spring Break. Ordering for Winter/Spring Fun Lunch will be available after December 15th.
There are two steps to order Fun Lunch:

How To Register

Click the “Register Here” button. The system will guide you through.

After adding your children, click the green “Order Lunch!” button to order.

Next time, just click the “Login Here” button to access your account. If you have forgotten your password, please click “Forgot password?” under the login button.
How To Order
Online ordering will be OPEN until 10 days prior to the fun lunch date in order for vendors to order ingredients and prepare our meals. You can choose to order month-by-month OR you can place orders for open Fun Lunch dates at once - no deadlines to miss that way!
Your order is received when you get:

an order confirmation email

a payment receipt email

Orders do not carry over - you will need to place an order for all of the dates to receive lunch. Please also double check your child’s division number is correct when you order.

If your child has food allergies and you have questions about ordering, please reach out to the Fun Lunch Coordinator. There may also be gluten- and dairy-free options available.

What if my child is away or sick on a fun lunch date? You are welcome to come and pick up their lunch by 11:45 am; otherwise please consider it a donation for a child who does not have lunch.

Refund Policy: There are NO REFUNDS as this is a PAC Fundraiser.
We appreciate your support for our fun lunch program as the funds go towards supporting students and general fundraising within the school.

Payment Details
We prefer that you pay by credit card online through MunchaLunch. If you do not have a credit card, contact sidneyelemhotlunch@gmail.com and we can help you work around this.
Older android and smartphones don’t connect with the Munchalunch payment system. But don’t worry, try signing into MunchaLunch from a different phone, tablet or computer and pay. You can also try Google Chrome. If that doesn’t work, you can e-transfer the PAC. Contact sidneyelemhotlunch@gmail.com to arrange payment.

Q. I can’t seem to pay, what can I do?

Q: I didn’t know about a field trip and already put in my lunch order, can I cancel my child’s lunch?
A: You can change or cancel orders up until the order deadline. If you have already paid, a credit will be applied to your MunchaLunch account if a request if received 10 days in advance of the Fun Lunch date.
When possible, classroom teachers try to coordinate an earlier or later lunch time if Fun Lunch coincides with a field trip. You are welcome to come and pick up their lunch by 11:45 am; otherwise please consider it a donation for a child who does not have lunch.
Q: Can I contact the vendor directly about my child’s specific food allergies?
A: Yes. You can also contact sidneyelemhotlunch@gmail.com with any questions related to food allergies. We are happy to work with the vendor to answer your questions.
Q: Can teachers and school staff order their lunch through this system?
A: Yes! Just sign up the same way as students do at https://munchalunch.com/schools/sidney/
